Members of the Partnership for Africa's Next Generation Academic (PANGeA)  at the Annual Board Meeting

The  University of Nairobi is a key partner in PANGeA which is a network of African premier Universities working together to develop and offer support for doctoral studies and advanced research programmes focused  on African future scholars trained in African universities for Africa's intellectual and developmental needs. 


University of Nairobi is an active member of PANGeA.  It has so far managed to get four students into the Doctoral Programme.  The first student, Dr. James Ikobwa has successfully completed  and teaching at the Department of Linguistics and Languages.  One of our student, Doseline Kiguru has joined the programme.


The PANGeA members are University of Nairobi, Stellenbosch University, University of Botswana, University of Malawi, University of Ghana, University of Dar es Salaam and University of Makerere.
